Burnt Clay Bricks are traditional masonry units made by molding, drying, and firing natural clay at high temperatures (900°C – 1200°C). These bricks are widely used in residential, commercial, and industrial construction due to their strength, durability, and weather resistance. They conform to IS 1077:1992, ASTM C62, and BS 3921 standards.
Types of Burnt Clay Bricks�� First-Class Bricks – High-quality, uniform size, smooth surface, used in exposed masonry
�� Second-Class Bricks – Slightly irregular, used for plastered walls and load-bearing structures
�� Third-Class Bricks – Low strength, used for temporary structures
